Hands-Only CPR is done without mouth-to-mouth motions and it’s easily performed in two steps. The life you learn to save many very well be someone you love.

Approximately 90% of people who experience cardiac arrest somewhere other than the hospital (park, school, home, etc.) die, according to the American Heart Association. Hands-Only CPR is an easy and effective way to double to triple the chance of survival for someone who experiences a heart attack.

Learn how to perform hands-only CPR at Sunstar Paramedics, 12490 Ulmerton Road in Largo, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday Feb. 14, 2020. It only takes about 15 minutes to learn hands-only CPR.
